To add value to our eyecare service, we provide clients with their own customised eyecare microsite. The browser based technology gives users direct access to our online eyecare system. Once logged in, users can request an eye test and download their personalised eyecare pack at their desk, or if we are visiting the site, they can make an appointment for their test. By giving the user access to our live system we have streamlined our service significantly. In addition, the microsite explains how to use the eyecare system and answers any questions the user may have, shifting the responsibility of eyecare to Duncan and Todd, the eyecare experts.
